Learning Tae Kwondo @ PLW

September 11, 2024

Extra-Curricular Activities (ECAs) play a vital role in a child’s holistic development, providing opportunities to build social, physical, and intellectual skills beyond academic learning.
Chinese language programs and Tae Kwon Do ECAs are great examples of one of our many Extra Curricular Learning programs. At PLW we engage with specialists schools to offer the programs.

Tae Kwon Do ECA:
Physical Fitness: Tae Kwon Do promotes physical strength, flexibility, and endurance, which is crucial for a child’s overall well-being.
Discipline and Focus: It emphasizes self-discipline, respect for others, and improved concentration, helping children excel both in school and in life.
Confidence and Self-Defense: Tae Kwon Do teaches self-defense techniques while boosting self-confidence and assertiveness, essential for personal safety and self-assurance.
Both ECAs complement a child’s development, allowing them to grow in different dimensions—intellectual, physical, and emotional.
